Greetings!

A few of you have observed that the light blue printing in our newsletter was difficult to read, so we've adjusted the text color to provide a bit more contrast. Please let us know how you like this change. We value your comments.

"Would you like a receipt?"

emailYou may have noticed we've been asking: "Receipt, stickers, or email?"  A benefit of our system upgrade at the end of October is that we may now email your checkout receipt instead of printing it. Just let us know your preference at your next visit. Or, log into "My Account" and set this option yourself!

Pat-a-cake, Pat-a-cake...

elmo pan

Did you know you can borrow a cake pan from the library? We have about 45 cake pans that you may borrow for 2 weeks.  Because we have such a large collection, we have outgrown the space where they have been displayed! We have just moved the entire collection into storage to free up this space.  You will now be able to look through a notebook with pictures of the pans, chose one, and a staff person will retrieve it for you. And because the collection has grown so large, we are no longer able to accept donations of pans.

Remember, the library is a happening place and your library card is your ticket to free books, magazines, music, movies, Internet access, enriching programs and much more!

Sincerely,
