Game Day
Saturday, November 21, from 1 - 4 pm, teens and kids are invited to join us at the Ludington Library for a Game Day.  Video games, including Xbox, board games, and more, will be available for an afternoon of fun!

 
Babytime (Baby Storytime) 
A new story time designed especially for the very young - Babytime - on Mondays at 10:00 am in the Ludington Library. The first three years of a children's brain development are the greatest. Help your baby build strong neural pathways with stories, songs, and rhymes at Babytime!

Book Discussion Group - November 
The "Rabid Reader" Book Club meets November 13th at 9:30 a.m. (note the change of date for this month only). November's book is a Michigan Great Read for 2015-2016: "Station Eleven" by Emily St. John Mandel.


Free Services - Online from our Website
One of the dozens of resources are available through our library is access to IndieFlix. IndieFlix streams thousands of award-winning films from festivals around the world. Other free services and programs include Sign Language lessons (Signing Saavy), Chilton's Library, Business Plan Templates, and more! We have dozens of FREE resources available from our website, www.mcdlibrary.org in the Resources section. 

 
The American Association of School Librarians (AASL) will celebrate the picture book during the month of November as a partner of the third annual Picture Book Month.

Digital Saturdays
On Saturdays, from 12 noon to 4:30 pm, see Lisa at the Ludington Library to learn about borrowing ebooks, audiobooks, and more on a tablet or smart phone. More details on what you need to know here: Digital Borrowing.
