March 2014

Dear ,

Spring is in the air!  Longer days, a sun that actually feels warm... before we know it, we'll be seeing red-winged black birds and perhaps a green shoot or two.  It may be too soon to get out the swimsuit but it's not too early to encourage your employees to start thinking about their commute once the weather warms up. Walking, biking, or taking the bus to work on a fresh spring day can't be beat!

For those of you who attended our November meeting, you can see that our network has grown! We hope you'll attend this next meeting for a chance to meet the newcomers and engage in some good conversation! We'll be sending out more information soon, but feel free to register here today.

Way to Go! Week

                                WTG

If you're looking for a way to entice your employees to try another mode of commuting, check out this year's Way to Go! Week challenge, which runs from May 12 -16th.  Businesses can compete and those employees who participate just need to complete a simple registration form.

Here's another fun challenge you might want to tell your employees about. It runs from March 21st to May 3rd. An article in a May 2013 issue of vtdigger.org explains how it works. Player registration begins soon!

Thank you for your enthusiasm and efforts!  If you know of other businesses that might be interested in joining our ETC Network, please tell them to contact:
