Free and Open to the Public: If you are thinking about running for public office, whether you are a first time candidate or have previously run for office, this training session will provide you with the tools, strategies, and mentorship advice to mount a successful campaign.

Our next speaker series event will be May 13. The event will focus on the pending legislation authored by Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia #NoTaxOnTheTampon. Assemblywoman Christina Garcia and Assemblywoman Susan Eggman will be our panelists for this important program.

Time: TBD. May 13 will be a LUNCHTIME event though (usually our speaker series events are for breakfast). The location is likely "City Club LA"  in downtown. Stay tuned for more details!

Today, women comprise just under 30% of all elected officials at the city, county and state level. Of the 120 seats in the California Senate and Assembly, we hold less than 25% legislators, as only 1 in 4 seats is held by a woman. HILLARY

June 7th is rapidly approaching. All over the country, NWPC chapters are pitching in to help elect Hillary. As you may know, Secretary Clinton maintains a sizable lead in pledged delegates, and we couldn't be prouder - but as this past week has shown us, we cannot slow down or take anything for granted. NWPC has set up national phone banks in support of our endorsed candidate, fmr. Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
