De Pere at Dawn

We need your input!! We are considering changing back to the format that De Pere at Dawn used to be, a round table networking event, that had assigned seats, and a plated breakfast. As well as changing the location to where we will have De Pere at Dawn.

Please click the following link and let us know if you would regularly attend De Pere at Dawn in 2015 if we changed the format and if you would be willing to pay more to have that format: http://survey.constantcontact.com/survey/a07eaa9b2bji3pa5s8e/start

The winners of the 2014-2015 Innovative Educator Grants have been announced by the program's sponsor, the Wisconsin Public Service Foundation. The program, now in its eighth year, awards innovative teaching programs in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math. Hawkins, Ash CPAs made a donation of $4,800 to several organizations local to its eight offices that provide warm meals to those less fortunate in the communities. The funds were made possible by changing its printed and mailed Christmas cards to e-greetings, which were e-mailed to the firm's clients and contacts. View full news release here.

Wisconsin Public Service is warning everyone to avoid all winter recreational activities on ice close to hydroelectric facilities because of thin ice. Ice that forms near hydroelectric dams and adjacent reservoirs is often thin, unsafe and inconsistent. This is because of continually changing water flows beneath the ice that forms. This is part of normal hydro dam operations. View full news release here.

US 41 Project
Lane Closures
December 15th - December 19th

Drivers should anticipate various overnight single lane closures on southbound and northbound US 41 along the entire Brown County corridor from south of Glory Road to Lineville Road. Lane closures can vary along the corridor, so drivers are urged to stay alert, pay attention to road signs, slow down and use caution when entering any work zone. The US 41 Project plans to have at least one lane of traffic open at all times on both northbound and southbound US 41 during construction. This does not include closures by local authorities for accidents or unusual incidents (such as weather).

For more information go to www.us41wisconsin.gov

Parkview Road

Parkview Road between Market Street and Ramada Way will reopen to traffic on Wednesday and remain open through the holidays. In January, Parkview Road will close for an additional two weeks.
