You may have noticed that there is no De Pere at Dusk this month. That is because we have a fun holiday De Pere at Dusk on Tuesday, December 9th at The Kress Inn! Make sure you mark your calendars now for 5 p.m. because you should not miss this De Pere at Dusk! 

We hope that you are all keeping warm outside and enjoying the Green Bay Packers making history with a second 50+ points game for the first time ever!

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (November 17th-23rd), NWTC is hosting the first annual Business Success Summit in Green Bay! Over 100 Northeast Wisc
onsin entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business owners are expected to attend this day long educational and inspirational event. Helping owners and entrepreneurs take their business to the next level is our primary goal here at NWTC's Entrepreneur Resource Center, and this conference is just one of the several ways we support business and economic growth. 

The Business Success Summit brings together entrepreneurs, business leaders, government officials, and service providers to share best practices for business success. The summit focusses on three key performance areas for every business: financing, marketing, and talent. Whether attendees are starting a business, in need of strategies to sustain their growth, or looking to grow their company into a global organization, this summit will provide practical, timely, and relevant information.

Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers

In this seminar you will learn basic financial management skills every business person should know. Topics will cover the three major financial statements, sources and uses of cash, cash budgeting, break-even analysis and an introduction to financial ratios. Emphasis is placed on the practical uses of financial information as a diagnostic tool to understand a company's health. Using real life examples and exercises, participants will learn simple and necessary skills they can immediately apply to their workplace.

Community Bingo
 
The Renaissance Assisted Living and the Rennes Health and Rehab Center is hosting a Community Bingo in the Rennes Health and Rehab Center's Activity room. RSVP by November 20th to 920-983-5100. This is a free event. Refreshments and great prizes will be provided.

Young Life Fall Fundraising Dessert: KI Convention Center, 333 Main Street, Green Bay, 6-9pm. Join us in celebrating 10 years of Young Life in Green Bay at our annual fundraising event, hosted by Jordy and Emily Nelson and other members of the Green Bay Packers. US 41 Project 
Lane Closures 
November 17th - November 21st 


Drivers should anticipate various overnight single lane closures on southbound and northbound US 41 along the entire Brown County corridor from south of Glory Road to Lineville Road. Lane closures can vary along the corridor, so drivers are urged to stay alert, pay attention to road signs, slow down and use caution when entering any work zone. The US 41 Project plans to have at least one lane of traffic open at all times on both northbound and southbound US 41 during construction. This does not include closures by local authorities for accidents or unusual incidents (such as weather).

Oneida Street and US 41/Oneida Street Interchange

 

NOTE: Residents near this intersection will experience some nighttime construction noise and lighting during this demolition. 

 

Full closure of eastbound and westbound Oneida Street under US 41 nightly, Monday through Thursday from 7pm to 6am. The closure is needed for demolition of the existing bridge. 

 

WIS 172 and WIS 172/US 41 Interchange

 

NOTE: Residents near this intersection will experience daytime construction noise due to pile driving for bridge abutments and piers throughout the week. There will be a CONTINUOUS FULL CLOSURE of the following ramp: 

 

Northbound US 41 off-ramp from westbound WIS 172 will be closed beginning at 6pm, Monday evening through 6am, Thursday morning.

 

Northbound US 41 traffic seeking westbound WIS 172 will be detoured to eastbound WIS 172, exit at Vanderperren Way, take Vandeperren Way west to Holmgren Way, follow Holmgren Way north to Pilgrim Way and take Pilgrim Way to westbound WIS 172. 

 

Drivers can anticipate overnight single lane closures on westbound and eastbound WIS 172 between Ashland Avenue and Babcock Road throughout the week. 

 

I-43

 

Northbound US 41 to southbound I-43 ramp will be closed nightly, Monday through Thursday from 8pm to 5am. 

 

Traffic will be detoured off on Velp Avenue, take Velp Avenue east to Atkinson Drive, follow Atkinson Drive to northbound I-43 and take northbound I-43 to northbound US 41. 

 

Lineville Road

 

Southbound US 41 on-ramp from Lineville Road will be closed on Monday from 89pm to 5am.
