Path to Leadership at De Pere at Dawn

Are you are an emerging, high potential or mid-level leader from any private, public, or not-for-profit organization wishing to understand and enhance your personal leadership style so that you can improve your overall performance?

Are you a business owner or manager with promising staff?  Many business owners and managers give little thought to staff education. They do not think it is part of their role, or if they do, they never have time to get around to it or have a "large enough" budget for it.  If you have not given staff development much thought or think it does not affect your practice or patients, this article is for you. You have an important role in staff development: establishing its priority, encouraging it by example, and supporting it in your attitude and budget. The truth is that if staff education and development are not a priority for the owners and managers, they will not be a priority for anyone under them.

    • Traffic seeking southbound US 41 will be detoured off at Atkinson Drive, take Atkinson Drive south to Velp Avenue and follow Velp Avenue west to southbound US 41.
  • Southbound US 41 to southbound I-43 ramp will be closed on Monday from 8pm to 5am.
    • Traffic seeking southbound I-43 will be detoured off at Velp Avenue, take Velp Avenue east to Atkinson Drive and follow Atkinson Drive north to I-43.

    • Traffic seeking southbound I-43 will be detoured off at Velp Avenue, take Velp Avenue east to Atkinson Drive and follow Atkinson Drive north to I-43.
Lineville Road

Drivers can expect NIGHTLY FULL CLOSURES of northbound and southbound US 41 between the ramps at Lineville Road on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9pm to 5am for bridge demolition. Traffic will be diverted off at Lineville Road, continue across Lineville Road and re-enter US 41 using the on-ramps.

In addition, Lineville Road will be closed between the US 41 ramps on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9pm to 5am. The following ramp will also be closed:
  • Southbound US 41 on-ramp from Lineville Road will be closed overnight on Monday from 9pm to 5am.
