Greetings!
Last week's De Pere at Dawn was not only about Time Management but also about Maintaining Momentum. Here are some tips to maintaining momentum in your business as you continue through this year.
1. Set clear goals and stick to them: Create a mission statement that holds individuals accountable for their work productivity. If your employees understand the goals then they know how to stick with them.
2. Communicate effectively: Now that you've set milestones, communicate the wanted end results. Find out where your employees need help reaching the end results, maybe something along the way needs to be changed so that you can reach that result.
3. Celebrate the wins: Keeping momentum moving also means taking time to show appreciation to the efforts and wins of the team. Recognition of key milestones hit helps reinforce positivity and the mentality to keep on pushing.
Have a wonderful week!
