Thank you for your overwhelming support while Liz was out on maternity leave. We are getting ready to reopen the studio and get back to work! We will resume client sessions on Monday March 25th.

Spring Class Schedule
Begins in April

 Each class is 60 minutes.
$20 single session
or 6 session package for $90
($5 discount per class if pre-paid)

Wednesdays 6:00 pm (begins April 3rd)

Medical Therapeutic Yoga open to all levels of yoga experience. Learn how to connect your mind, body, and breathe safely while rehabilitating your injuries. Taught by physical therapist and professional yoga therapist candidate,  Liz
