License Renewal AND Continuing EducationDeadlines Extended to Midnight on July 6
We have recently been advised by the NJREC of the following:
"The New Jersey Real Estate Commission has extended the license renewal and continuing education deadlines until 11:59pm on July 6, 2015.
Licensees taking CE to fulfill their 2015 term requirement may do so until July 6th. The $200 late fee (imposed following the April 30, 2015 CE deadline) remains in effect.
This extension of time has been granted due to system accessibility problems that existed during the week of June 21, 2015. These problems have since been resolved. This extension shall NOT apply to reinstatement applications (licensees with a June 30, 2013 expiration date.)"
