December Housing Market Reports are Now Available In its entirety, 2013 proved to be a good year for housing. Home sales and prices were broadly higher across the state, while the number of homes for sale and the number of days it took to sell a home were all much lower. Multiple-offer situations became commonplace again and prices in many areas rallied. This, of course, varied by location and segment, but the proverbial glass appeared to be more than half full throughout the year.

The Affiliate Workshop: Helping Renters Return to Homeownership with Affiliate Member David Siegel of Citibank has been rescheduled due to the weather. The new date for this class will be Wednesday February 26 from 10am - 11am at RealSource. If you were registered for the cancelled date, you will be automatically rescheduled for the new date. If you wish to attend this new date and have not yet registered, you may register online via our website.

NJAR® Educational Foundation Scholarship Applications Now Available
The New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation (NJAREF) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1969 to foster education, promote knowledge, conduct research and assist in the education of students pursuing a college or university degree.The deadline for the 2014 Scholarship is 5:00 P.M. on FRIDAY, APRIL 4, 2014. Applications must be submitted online or received at the NJAR®office by 5:00 P.M. on April 4th. Applications received after this date will not be considered. There will be no exceptions.
