The Last Day to Pay Dues Without a Late Fee is
TUESDAY DECEMBER 10th.
 If you have not yet paid your dues, the last day to do so without a late fee is Tuesday, December 10th, 2013.  You can view your invoice or pay online by going to www.njrealtor.com, clicking "Pay Dues", and logging in.  If you wish to pay by check, please print your invoice using the instructions above and submit the invoice with your check to RealSource.   We are located at 5 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ 07463.

The RealSource Community Service Committee with Local Organizations Receiving Contributions 

The holiday season is upon us, and the RealSource Community Service Committee was spreading joy to many local charitable organizations.  This past Monday, the committee distributed contributions to local charitable organizations working to help the community.  The following organizations were contribution recipients:

Family Promise of Bergen County - Since 1986, The Inter religious Fellowship for the Homeless of Bergen County, now Family Promise of Bergen County
, has played a pivotal role in serving thousands of Bergen County's most vulnerable citizens - homeless, hungry, and needy families and individuals.

Bergen Volunteer Medical InitiativeThe Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative, Inc., is a volunteer nonprofit organization providing free primary and preventive medical care to low-income working people in Bergen County without insurance or the means to pay for care.

Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels - Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that provides meals to people in northern Bergen County who are unable to shop or cook for themselves due to age or disability.

Community Meals Inc.The Meals On Wheels Association of America is the national network solely dedicated to ending senior hunger in the United States. Community Meals, Inc. is one of 5,000 Meals On Wheels programs dedicated to providing nutritious meals to the homebound. Community Meals Inc is part of this organization.

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation - The mission of the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation is to provide a variety of specialized services, at no charge, to any New Jersey family facing the challenges of caring for a child with cancer.

Center for Food Action - The Center for Food Action provides emergency food, homelessness prevention and utility assistance to tens of thousands of individuals and families living in Northern New Jersey.

Bergen Court Appointed Special AdvocatesCourt Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteers are everyday people who are appointed by judges to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children living in the foster care system. A CASA volunteer advocates for one child's case until he/she is placed into a safe, permanent and loving home.

Social Services - This part of the Department of Human Services serves seniors, individuals and families with low incomes; people with mental illnesses, addictions, developmental disabilities, or late-onset disabilities; people who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind; parents needing child care services, child support and/or healthcare for their children; and families facing catastrophic medical expenses for their children.

Shelter Our SistersShelter Our Sisters is dedicated to assisting victims, and their children, of domestic violence by turning fear into safety, helplessness into strength, and isolation into hope.

Eva's VillageEva's Village is a uniquely progressive and comprehensive non-profit social service organization dedicated to fighting homelessness and poverty. Their mission is to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, treat the addicted and provide medical and dental care to the poor with respect for the human dignity of each individual.

CAMP Youth Development ProgramCAMP YDP is a registered non-profit organization seeking to provide holistic solutions to the complex needs of the Northside of Paterson by empowering families educationally, socially, economically, and spiritually.
 
 
Not pictured - Rebuilding Together - Rebuilding Together provides critical repairs and renovations for low-income homeowners across the United States, and has done so for almost 25 years. They believe that "Every Person Deserves to Live in a Safe and Healthy Home".

On November 14, the Census Bureau released a review of homeownership rates and housing values based on data from the American Community Survey (ACS) 3-year estimates. These estimates are based on surveys of homeowners from a broad, 3-year period that enable researchers to examine trends in more localized areas, places with populations as small as 20,000.
