WHEN WILL I GET MY BILL?
The RealSource dues billing process has started and you will be receiving your dues bill via email shortly.
HOW WILL I GET MY BILL?
Bills are sent via email only. Please keep an eye out for your dues bill! It will come to the email address that you have on file with RealSource.
WHEN IS MY BILL DUE?
Dues are due by December 1 with a grace period until December 10th. Late fees will not be issued until after December 10th. A non payment of a bill by December 10th will result in a $100 late fee.
CAN I ACCESS MY BILL ONLINE?
Yes! As soon as the dues billing process is complete, you can access your invoice ONLINE AT ANY TIME! To do this, go to www.njrealtor.com and click on Pay Dues. When you reach the login screen, your 9 digit NRDS number is your login ID and your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. Click "Pay Dues Here" and you will see your invoice, and be able to pay for it from there.

IS AN RPAC CONTRIBUTION INCLUDED IN THIS TOTAL?
You will also be automatically opted in to pay your fair share RPAC contribution, which is $15. If you do not wish to pay this, you must click the area that says "Modify" and change this $15 to $0, and make sure that your total reflects that before you put your payment through. There is a special set of rules governing political contributions, and once the contribution is made it usually cannot be refunded.
Circle of Excellence 2013
As you know, the deadline for receipt of applications will be January 10th, 2014. To help you get organized and prepare your application, here are a few important notes:
- You must pay your application fee online. We cannot accept any checks. Include a printout of your payment with your application.
- Proof of compensation: not required for any listing or sale that has an MLS printout. However, you must include proof of compensation for all rentals and for transactions that do not have an MLS printout.
- All transactions in the "Listings" category must be accompanied by an MLS printout.
All the rules for submitting an application for this NJAR® award are available to you online. Why not avoid the last minute rush and start your application online soon. It can be saved and you can return to complete it as we get closer to the end of the year.
