Important Message From The Board of Directors
The Boards of Directors and Association leaders from the
Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® and the RealSource Association of REALTORS®, with the vision of providing enhanced services to the REALTORS® of Bergen County, met Wednesday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Englewood to consider a merger of the two associations. The meeting was facilitated by Jerry Matthews, a highly regarded consultant who specializes in strategic restructuring and mergers. The group will reconvene on May 22nd to formulate a merger agreement which will be presented to the membership at each of their Mid Year Meetings in June for approval.
The goal of the consolidation of resources is to create a vibrant association with a single voice and a strong community presence to meet the challenges and opportunities confronting the real estate industry now and in the future.
