Missed the December 31 Code of Ethics Training Deadline? Members who did not complete required Code of Ethics training before the Dec. 31, 2012, deadline will be suspended from membership by their RealSource. While suspended, you can still access www.realtor.org to satisfy your training, but other membership services and privileges are affected. Suspended members have until March 1, 2013, to complete training before their membership is automatically terminated.

Dues Relief Applications are Due by January 25
The New Jersey Association of REALTORSŪ in conjunction with NJARŪ Leadership Team and Finance Committee have been working to offer dues relief for members impacted by Superstorm Sandy. RealSource has decided to open this application process to our members. Dues Relief Assistance is available and limited to qualified applicants severely impacted, both personally and/or in their business by Superstorm Sandy. Assistance is available in the form of a credit/refund towards 2013 National Association of REALTORŪ Dues ($155) and 2013 New Jersey Association of REALTORSŪ Dues ($115).
