It's That Time of Year Again - Annual Dues

RealSouce will be sending out Annual Dues notices for 2013 via EMAIL next week. Please on the lookout!  Dues must be paid by December 1 to avoid late fees.  Please spread the word!  Brokers, Managers, and DR's - Again, please be aware that notices of dues will be going out VIA EMAIL!  If anyone in your office has recently changed their email address, please have them contact RealSource as soon as possible so that they will receive our dues notices.  If you would like to send us a list of email addresses for everyone in your office so that we may keep our records as accurate as possible, please send it to nilchert@njrealtor.com.

RealSource Teams with Handy Guide to Provide a Link Exchange Program for REALTORS® 
Some of you may be familiar with Handy Guides, and some may have been introduced to them at our Annual Breakfast earlier this month where they were distributed.  If you are not familiar, Handy Guide specializes in creating easy-to-read unique info-graphics and maps for Northern New Jersey.  The way the link exchange program works is simple.  You download a graphic designed by Handy Guide, put it somewhere on your webpage, and link it to Handy Guide's webpage.  In return, Handy Guide will add a link to your website under the "Area REALTORS® in Northern NJ" portion of their website.  For more details and to get started on the link exchange: Visit Handy Guide's Link Exchange Page!

Bus to Triple Play: Want to go to the convention, but don't want to drive to Atlantic City? RealSource will be hosting a bus going to Triple Play and back on December 5th.  It is $35 for a seat on the bus, and it will leave Waldwick at 5:30am heading to Atlantic City, and will depart Atlantic City at 6pm heading back to Waldwick.
