Health insurance quotes

As your health renewal approaches, you may be asking yourself, if you should look into:

  • One of the newly formed Co-Ops
  • Commonwealth of Massachusetts Health Insurance Exchange (Connector)
  • Self-insured options
  • Direct to one of the major carriers (Falllon, Harvard, Tufts, Blue Cross, etc)

We have contracts with all of these options and can get you the same rates, if you did all the work yourself.  Let us do the work for you.

Big thanks to Fallon for being one of the major sponsors for the Oval on the Worcester Common
Flexible Spending  Accounts (FSA)

There are so many acronyms to keep track of, we know it gets confusing.  The key components of an FSA are 1) "use it or lose it", 2) you can't change the deduction during the plan year and 2) it is funded typically with employee monies.

Who would this be ideal for?

  1. Employers who've downgraded to plans with higher out of pockets costs.
  2. Employees who complain about the cost of unreimbursed medical expenses they pay each year that are unfortunately not deductible.

In the past we have found the cost to implement these plans offset the benefits.    Recently we purchased the documentation for these plans and can provide them to you at a very low cost.  E-mail us for a quote.

FSA's  may now be a more viable option.

We've had success with this product!  It is ideal for:
  1. Employers that have NO dental insurance.
  2. Employers that do not want to pay any of the cost.
  3. Employees who regularly seek dental treatment andpay with after tax dollars.

This product allows employees to pay weekly on a tax deductible basis, without any employer contribution and very low participation requirements,  through the employer Section 125 Plan.   For as low as $8.46 per week a single employee can get up to $750 between Type 1, Type 2 dental benefits and eyecare reimbursement (max of $150).  For more detailed information, go to the CMDAV website.

To break this down further, a $8.46 tax deductible weekly deduction will only reduce an employee pay by approximately $6 per week.  If you receive $150 eyecare reimbursment or approximately a return of premium of $3 per week, the net cost would be $3 per week.

This is the perfect fit for any company that has these three traits.
