Smoking Cessation During Pregnancy Guide

Developed by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, this online guide describes evidence-based practices for screening and counseling pregnant and postpartum women who use tobacco. Clinicians who complete this guide are eligible for up to three Continuing Medical Education credits at no charge.

Maternal and Child Health in Island Communities

The Maternal and Child Health Journal is accepting manuscript submissions on the unique maternal and child health challenges, needs, policy options, and experiences of island communities. Manuscripts may present research, policy analyses, program development and implementation, and program evaluation. Papers will be accepted through January 2013.
