Caren M. Kolerski completed the comprehensive Retreat Coach training along with the in-person Colorado training. 
She brings twenty-five years of caregiving experience to her retreat practice and is an expert working with professionals in the human service fields - teachers, nurses, social workers, etc.  She offers virtual (telephone) retreats as well as mini,  full-day, and weekend retreats. Her retreats center on self-care, self-compassion, JoyFULL Living and the Heal Your Life®philosophy.
