|CHIRUNNING CLINIC - June 1, 2013|
Dreamchasers will be hosting a ChiRunning clinic with Scott Smith, a Certified ChiRunning instructor, personal trainer and the owner of One to One Wellness located in Jackson, Wyoming.
COST: $99/per person
DATE: June 1, 2013
LOCATION: Dreamchasers Fitness Facility
TIME: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
The ChiRunning Clinic will focus on technique training. There is minimal running involved during the workshop, therefore participants are encouraged to attend the 9:00 a.m. Cardio Core Class offered at Dreamchasers (please note that the fitness class is not included in the workshop rate).
Pre-registration is required and payment is due in full at time of registration. Space is limited to 10 participants. A minimum of 4 participants is required.

Wednesday 6:15 p.m.: Zumba! will no longer be offered at Dreamchasers.
Monday 9:00 a.m.: Intervals w/Weights will now be taught by Julie Bryan and will be a one-hour class. Lisa will still be teaching Tuesday mornings at Dreamchasers and one Saturday per month.
Wednesday 6:00 am: Class will be canceled as of May 8th until further notice.

Congratulations to Patricia Moeller, who was the first female finisher in the Menan Butte Trail 25k Challenge! Patricia was fourth overall with a time of 2:59.
The Menan Butte Trail Challenge course begins at the west trailhead and ascend to the rim up a set of switchbacks. Runners had the option of heading directly up the "Butt-Buster" to the rim, but what they saved in time they surely pay for in pain. Descending into the butte's crater, everyone crosses the floor of this dormant volcano only to ascend on the other side and turn south to scramble up Slick Dome rock before their descent to the lower west rim; the course again descends into the crater and ascend the steep east side rim to the north. Runners then negotiate a technical rock maze around the north slope, returning them to the west rim and the demanding descent back down the "Butt-Buster." The Menan Butte Course is considered the toughest run in the state of it's distance.

Gluten Free Avocado Stuffed Eggs
Cannot be frozen
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup ripe avocado, diced
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon red peppercorns
3 spring onions with ends removed
1. Peel hard boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Add avocado, vinegar, relish, dry mustard and salt. Mix well, mashing the yolks and avocado with a fork.
2. Lay two inch strips of thin sliced smoked salmon in small egg dishes. Lay one spring onion on top. Spoon or pipe yolk and avocado mixture into the halved egg whites. Sprinkle with red peppercorns. Tie spring onions over eggs.
