JANUARY SPECIAL & OPEN HOUSE
UNLIMITED PUNCH CARD SPECIAL. For the month of January, Dreamchasers is offering an "unlimited" punch card good for both yoga and fitness classes for ONLY $105! There is no limit to the number of classes that you attend and is good toward ALL fitness and yoga classes offered at Dreamchasers beginning January 1st through January 31st, 2013. Unlimited punch cards must be purchased prior to January 7th either online through the MindBody system or in person.
Also, effective January 1, 2013 all punch cards may be used for both fitness classes and yoga classes!

GLUTEN FREE CUMIN CHICKEN WITH BLACK BEANS
Directions
- Place the chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Pound with a mallet to ½-inch thickness. Combine the cumin with the cayenne and rub over the chicken.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board.
- Return the skillet with the pan drippings to medium heat. Add the onion and jalapeño. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, and 3 tablespoons water and cook, stirring, 1 or 2 minutes, until just heated through. Remove from heat.
- Toss with the scallions, cilantro, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Slice the chicken and arrange on top of the beans.

WINTER SPORTS TIP You can bike and run all winter long in Teton Valley. The sport of "snow biking" is growing in participation quickly!
Snow Bikes or "Fat Bikes" are defined as bikes with 3.7 inch or wider tires, the purpose of which is floatation on soft surfaces. The bikes work well on snow machine trails or in groomed cross country skiing areas, on the same track where you see skate skiing. Just make sure it okay to ride on the skate track first! Most riders use regular or "flat" pedals so that they can use a warmer boot rather than biking shoes. Running is amazing in those same areas as well. You may elect to wear snowshoes or Yaktrax. In areas with a compressed snow trail where you have little fear of sinking, a running shoe with a soft and aggressive tread may be all you need. Inov8 makes some great winter running shoes.
