Busy, busy, busy.... There's so much going on in the shop and in our area in the next few weeks!

Pacific International Quilt Festival (PIQF) is almost here! October 16-19 are the dates you will want to reserve to visit the Santa Clara Convention center. (The 49ers are out of town so there will be no football traffic!) Remember to pick up a program and find the ad for The Granary - your favorite neighborhood quilt shop!

Nancy Bavor will be back in the shop on Tuesday, October 14 to appraise your treasured quilts. There are a few spots left in the afternoon. Appraisals are $50 per quilt.

To the left in the "Quick Links" section you will see that we have joined the Pinterest craze! Our boards are a bit sparse right now but we're hoping they will be a source of inspiration for you in the coming months!

Watch your email for information about our new Block of the Month from Marcus Fabrics called Color Love. (pictured left)

To the left is the fun and easy quilt Paula created using the August Happy Hour half yard bundle and the pattern "Corporate Ladder" by Cozy Quilt Designs. Be sure to stop by the shop for the pattern and bundle to create your own beautiful quilt!

Carol will be using the pictured collection of fat quarter cuts for Happy Hour this month! Be sure to sign up for this month's Happy Hour so you don't miss out. Our next happy hour will be on Friday, September 26
