You've all been waiting for it and it's finally here...the PDF version of the newsletter is now available to download. The "pretty" paper version will be available in the shop in the next week or so.

On to the rest of our news! Read carefully....if you read the last email update you may have caught a few typos and lines that didn't make sense so....THIS email update has complete sentences and more information!

Paula & Jody are headed to Portland for Quilt Market on Monday. We're taking a few extra days before the actual event so that we can tour the many quilt shops in that part of the Northwest. We'll be posting often to our Facebook page so be sure to "like" us on Facebook so you can keep up with our antics...well...most of them anyway!

Mark your calendars!! We have scheduled a Buggy Barn Reunion for Friday, May 24 at 6:30pm! If you've ever taken one of our Buggy Barn classes (or just made a Buggy Barn quilt on your own) we'd love to see the finished product! Join Paula and Jody at 6:30 for show and tell -- we'll provide the beverages and you are invited to bring your favorite sweet or savory treat to share. So that we know how many Buggy Barn enthusiasts to prepare for, please stop by or call the shop to let us know you'll be there!

Is your carpool ready for Shop Hop?! It's just around the corner! Hmm... wonder what The Granary will have for a theme!? You know whatever it is it will be compatible with margaritas! (of course, we can make ANYTHING compatible with margaritas!) Visit the Shop Hop website for all the details.

Provence & Beyond Block of the Month

Newsflash! Another new irresistible block of the month program from Marcus Fabrics has launched! Vicki Bellino of Bloom Creek has outdone herself once again with her newest BOM pattern, Provence & Beyond. The 76" x 96" quilt contains each of the 17 unique prints designed for Marcus Fabrics by Faye Burgos (click here for a sneak peek of the fabrics). The fabrics are beautiful--the provencal color palette has a fresh, updated look and is sure to appeal to a variety of quilters. Vicki's patterns are always user friendly and feature full color, easy-to-follow instructions as well as full-sized applique templates, and there are 2 border options to choose from!

The Provence & Beyond program began in May and will run through October 2013. Kits including your fabric and pattern are $39.95 plus tax per month, and a $40 enrollment fee will be charged when you sign up. At the end of the program, your enrollment fee will be applied to your last kit making it a "free" month. Shipping is available for an additional cost. Amish with a Twist II - Block of the Month

You won't want to miss the new Amish With a Twist II Block of the Month program featuring the rich solid fabrics from Marcus Fabrics and an amazing pattern designed by Nancy Rink! Amish With a Twist II draws inspiration for both the block designs and color palette from quilts that are considered to be quintessentially Amish by quilt lovers and collectors. This 105" square quilt contains 29 different solid colors and 12 different skill-building block designs (64 blocks in all) set medallion style. The blocks are designed and grouped together utilizing related techniques or similarity in block design, progressing from the easiest to the more challenging techniques. Nancy's user-friendly patterns contain colored diagrams and visual guides. She has also designed and included five exclusive "Extending the Lesson" bonus projects. This quilt is appropriate for quilters of every skill level.

Happy Hour
