2013 began with the interior demolition of the M.F. Charles building, bringing all kinds of unexpected challenges to The Hitching Post. Our store closed at the end of March, anticipating a reopening in the summer of 2013.

When renovations went far beyond the anticipated time frame, The Hitching Post gratefully accepted an invitation from The Chocolate Truffle to share space at 494 Main Street. The Hitching Post reopened there in late September & will stay at that location until hopefully moving back into 190 Haven sometime this Spring.
