We'll be serving hot soups
during the day, hummus snack kits, and savory kolaches (round baked dough filled with savories--including a breakfast kolache stuffed with tofu, sundried tomato, and pesto).
We'll also be serving up some other selections later in the day, like turkey dill havarti and capers and a buffalo seitan couscous.
