Before the stressful holiday season begins, get grounded in your body NOW in order to stay on track and to remain healthy and sane throughout the season and beyond by learning how to appreciate the body you live in through:
Movement ~ Nourishment ~ Laughter ~ Play

In the workshop, you will:
- Move your body applying The Nia Technique, a healing and joyful sensory-based movement practice, gaining awareness around the miracle of your body's way and how invigorating it can be to allow freedom of expression.
- Explore your uniqueness and how to honor and treat yourself with awareness around nutrition, self-image and other self-care practices.
- Experience extended laughter and gain the benefits of clarity, stress release and joy (to name a few)
- Connect with your playful child-like spirit.
- Move to a 45-minute Nia class, in barefeet to soul-stirring music, concluding with a Body Gratitude meditation.
