Hoop on over for a fun fitness class that puts a smile on your face and tones your waist (and more)! During the 1-hour class, I will guide you through a warm-up which leads into on and off body hooping skills and graduates into incorporating resistance exercises and dance moves. Get fit while you express yourself, release stress, enhance coordination, increase joy and get your "sexy" on. That's what the hoopla is all about!
