Oh my! We are already midway through June and I am just getting my newsletter out! Will the world come to an end? Ha! Of course not. Normally, I would've pushed through to keep to my deadline, but this time, I went with the flow by moving with the wheel of life in favor to the needs of my body, emotions and spirit. Notice I left out the mind. Yes, the mind was involved on how to manifest the action to support my needs, but I first allowed the other areas to set the course with integrity to the truth of my instinctual needs.

Summertime means vacation and many other events that change up schedules, so classes may drop off a little during this time, however, I will pick up in the Fall with more programs and workhops. In the meantime, here is a little update on Summer classes:
Walk-ins welcome at any location (fees vary).
Wainwright House, Rye, NY
Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:30am (ends July 3)
Fridays @ 9:30-10:30am (ends June 28)
Nia is new in Rye and awareness is building. These initial sessions end soon, but I plan to offer more in the Fall. Spread the word to keep gaining momentum.
Yoga Shivaya, Tarrytown, NY
Tuesdays @ 11-12Noon (pending)
Fridays @ 4:30-5:30pm (begins June 21) The first round of 6-session series has ended and a new 6-session series is being offered. I've offered the same two, however, it's leaning towards continuing with one class only on Friday. More programs will be offered in September, so if it doesn't happen now, it will in the Fall.
Pilates & More, Dobbs Ferry, NY
Saturdays @ 9:00-10:00am
Tuesdays @ 7:30-8:30pm (pending)
After July 6th, I hope to offer a 6-week Intro to Nia: The Basics Program instead of running a general weekly class during the Summer. I am adding a Tuesday evening time to provide choice (same program). I will need a minimum of 6 people to register for either Sat or Tue in order to make the program go. If interested, send me an email. I will be sending a formal announcement out soon.

Hooping has begun at Westchester Community College on Sundays @ 2:15-3:15pm . The group has started out strong. Way to go happy hoopers!

Personal Note - Nia Green Belt |
Last Thursday, I completed my Nia Green Belt in New York City, a 5-day Intensive Teacher Training to further embody the art and craft of teaching Nia's significant amount of layer upon layer mind, body, spirit somatic education. I look forward to continuing to share the work and to grow with each and every one of you on our paths towards our personal truths...and, most importantly...to HAVE FUN DOING IT!!!!
