DESCRIPTION
Globally, women are realizing their innate healing abilities. This circle is for both the current healer and the healer yet to be unearthed. Through art, music and dance, we will unveil, explore and expand our awareness to create health and abundance; they go hand in hand. Each healer will have an opportunity to share her expertise with the group and those starting out can receive guidance. Through creative, fun and artistic exercises of art and dance (that anyone can do), you will connect deeper with your inner Medicine Woman to further embody your gifts. We will finish the workshop with a celebratory dance of the Nia Technique guided by Linda Parker.
In this 4 hour interactive workshop attendees will begin to discover their own qualities of the divine feminine.
EXPERIENCE
- A guided meditation and grounding exercise
- Art exercises (leading to creating a collage) that expresses YOU
- Nia dance moves to loosen up, connect to your rhythm and root chakra
- Discussions to share and support
- A celebratory Nia dance
Art supplies included. Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing to dance and move freely.
Optional: Bring magazines and Linda Richichi will supply brushes and paints if you wish to explore further.
