HGA showcases the finest artists in Hawaii using glass as their medium. Attending artists range from hobbyists to students and professionals. Techniques of all types will be represented as there are no bounds or limits on what glass artists are capable of. As a part of On The Spot's New Wednesday night programming, Throwdown Improvised Cage Matches return in December for 2 Nights. Throwdown is not an Improv Format, but loosely based on the UCB Cage Match shows, involving a competition between long-form improv troupes. Two teams compete for the audience's vote and the Team with the most votes wins the Throwdown title and returns to defend their title at a later date. www.otsimprov.com

This 6-week workshop includes personal instruction and culminates with a student recital. The ARTS at Marks Garage is officially a drop-off site for Oahu Fresh! Oahu Fresh is a service for those interested in supporting local agriculture and eating locally grown food.
They deliver a $20 bag of Farmers' Market produce sourced primarily from farmers attending the Honolulu Farmers' Market at the Blaisdell. There are also specialty items available to purchase that can be delivered in your weekly bag, such as Naked Cow Dairy cream cheese or PacifiKool ginger syrups.
