Working to become Eagle Scouts, brothers Nick and Erik organized Elmwood Park Troop 690 to create an amazing flower and vegetable garden retreat for the Victory Centre of River Woods seniors. The scouts built a large raised garden bed, cedar bird houses and feeders, planted sunflowers, veggies and perennials, installed stepping stones and painted garden signs.
