Renovating? Donate, don't dump! That's exactly what hospitality group and hotel management firm Denihan decided to do when remodeling the trendy Affinia 50 hotel in midtown Manhattan.

"Our company is committed to best practices in sustainable operations and for us, donations to organizations such as Build It Green!NYC are a meaningful way that we can demonstrate our values," shared Naomi Mirsky from Denihan. "The benefits are threefold: we minimize our impact on the environment, reduce our costs, and give back to our local community." 

The beautiful midcentury-style glass coffee tables made by Saniharto, are now available at Build It Green!NYC in Queens. Thank you Affinia 50 and Denihan for the donation! Denihan may be known for accomplishing "The Art of Hospitality" but now they can add "The Art of Donating" to their repertoire!
