Deconstruction of a Gorgeous Gold Coast House
(and the goods are going to Gowanus!)

This beautiful home, resting along the 'Gold Coast' of Long Island, is full of nice vintage items mixed with high quality modern fixtures. There is old brass hardware paired with more recently installed Baldwin brass hardware, creating a lovely mix of old and new.
Our deconstruction team is removing all windows from this house - most are Anderson replacement windows (from 2 to 10 years old), and there are a few original windows with brass hardware as well.

Bathroom fixtures vary from vanities, Waterworks fixtures, classic clawfoot tub faucets, Robern medicine cabinets, and more.
The BIG!NYC crew is currently deconstructing the houses' beautiful white oak flooring. The old fashioned tongue and groove flooring was originally installed with the screwed and plugged method and features long runs (up to 10 feet long) of variable widths (4 to 9 inches).
