Please welcome our two new gallery members, Norm Enzor and Barbara Mason.

Norm Enzor  has been in the business field most of his career and about 2 years ago finally decided to pursue his life-long dream of writing and painting. He began volunteering as a storyteller to residents of senior-assisted living centers and also writing and illustrating a children's book entitled 'The YoYo King' which was picked up by a national publisher and finally published in February, 2014. During the past and a half he enrolled in pastel and oil painting art classes and instantly decided to learn from as many artists as possible. "Approximately 2 months ago I applied for membership with Sequoia Gallery & Studios, and was accepted as a new member.  I look forward to the months ahead, learning from the many Studio Artists at Sequoia Gallery, and hoping to improve my skill level with their experiences and instruction."  Norm is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a US Army Veteran.

Barbara Mason is a printmaker and an arts advocate who is active in the community. As a trained printmaker, her enthusiasm is translated into works by students ages 8-80 who thought they couldn't draw and therefore couldn't make art. They were mistaken. Barbara shows her work at Davidson Gallery in Seattle, Cholke Fine Art in Chicago, Waterstone Gallery in Portland and Sequoia Gallery in Hillsboro Oregon.

Volunteering at Sequoia
