THESIS YEAR SNAPSHOTS: 2014

The third and final article in the 2014 "senior snapshot" series focuses on the fifth-year students of The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture. As part of their final year of study, each must develop a thesis proposal they present to faculty and guests during a thesis critique prior to graduation. We sat down with three graduating students to talk about how they got to the school, what they focused on in their thesis, and how the time they spent at The Cooper Union changed them. This annual exhibition transforms the classrooms and studios of The Cooper Union into galleries showcasing work from the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture, the School of Art, and the Albert Nerken School of Engineering. Located in The Foundation Building, 7 East 7th Street, and 41 Cooper Square. Exhibition Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 12 - 7pm Closed Sundays and Mondays Free and open to the public.
