2014 Mountain Bikes | Rolling Out BIG!
suspension mountain bike that can handle just about anything. The patented Active Braking Pivot (ABP) keeps your suspension from stiffening up when you're on the brakes, giving you confident, steady control. The two-chamber Dual Rate Control Valve (DRCV) shock gives you coil performance at air shock weight, for smooth, seamless, all-terrain control. G2 Geometry gives the new Fuel EX better handling.

The Remedy 29'er is the most plush of  technical full suspension MTB. It has ABP, DRCV, and a reversible MINO link that lets you relax the geometry of the bike for bombing down descents.

Dinner Cruise | June 14th at 6:30pm 
Join us for a trip to The Burg. This is one great burger joint with a very full menu. They offer Mediterranean foods like souvlaki and gyros, veggie burgers, and 6 different kinds of burgers (one is sandwiched between two grilled cheeses). Meet Jase at the shop at 6:30 pm. This is a great way to get to meet other people who like bikes, socializing, and great food. Check out their menu.

Nutrition | Eat, Supplement, Ride
As an athlete you eat a lot of food. And sometimes it probably just feels like you are eating just to make the hungry feeling go away - as if the food is just a means to an end.
Research indicates that our food is declining in nutritional value. You may not think that this matters to you - after all, you only ride a few times a week and you eat lots of leafy greens and almost never have a steak or burger. With the combination of periodically depleting yourself through exercise and never replenishing those nutrients - your body is slowly running downhill.
