As the new year gets started I always set aside a few hours to take stock of what I achieved in the past year and where I want to be at the end of the coming year. I think about who I want to be to my husband, friends and co-workers. And suddenly I can see the whole year laid out it front of me.
I create my New Year's Resolutions from
that. This year there are the usual get fit and stay there goals as well as: 1) Create wonderful experiences for our customers 2) Learn how to be a better manager. 3) Make my staff wildly successful.
Suddenly I see, This is what I wanna be. - KT Tunstall
