Visit the Founders Booth at the SBC

SBC 2014 If you are attending the Southern Baptist Convention in Baltimore, MD this week, be sure to come by the Founders booth in the exhibition hall. We will be giving away a free book and sharing information about Founders Ministries.

Look for us as well under exhibitors on the "SBC Annual Meetings" app. You can download free resources and a free eBook from Founders.

Please note that because we are hosting a booth in the exhibition hall, we will not have a Founders Breakfast before the convention convenes this year.

Founders Press Prepub
From the Protestant Reformation to the SBC

Mont Blanc Eighteen years ago Founders Press offered its first publication. It was a short booklet entitled From the Protestant Reformation to the Southern Baptist Convention: What Hath Geneva to Do with Nashville. In that booklet Tom Ascol made a clear case for the connection and continuity between the doctrinal convictions of the 16th-century Protestant Reformation, known as the doctrines of grace, and the convictions of the founding fathers of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Founders Press has now published a revised and updated edition of the book (hard cover, 152 pages) that includes the full texts of the Charleston Confession of Faith and the Summary of Church Discipline.

Don't miss the opportunity to purchase this book for a special prepub price (now through June 30th). The book is also available in digital formats: ePub for iBooks and Nook, and mobi for Kindle.

A New Site for Founders

Founders Website
If you have visited Founders online recently, you may have noticed some big changes. This month we have launched a new website, a new online store, and a new platform for the Founders Study Center. The Founders Blog was updated last year (2013). We hope that the new format will make it easier to navigate the site and find resources.

Thanks to the vision and labors of our webmaster Stan Reeves, Founders has been online since 1996. The task of updating the site has been challenging. You may notice that not all the resources that were available on the old site are available yet on the new site. We will be adding and restoring more resources to the site in the days ahead.

If you have not yet seen our new site, take some time to look around. We hope the changes will be helpful and that God will continue to use Founders Ministries to serve in the reformation of local churches around the world.
