Founders Study Center
 Announcing our 2013 Spring Courses
Founders Study Center
This May the Founders Study Center will celebrate 10 years of ministry. Over the past 10 years it has been our joy to serve over 800 pastors, missionaries, leaders and students from around the world who are laboring in the gospel ministry. Our purpose is to bring biblically sound, in-depth courses of study to those serving God faithfully in the local church and on the mission field. We have sought out course material from some of the best and most helpful teachers in their fields of study. This spring our focus will be preaching and evangelism.

Register by January 4, 2013 and receive an early registration discount!

All course lectures can be downloaded to your iPod, iPad or computer.

Study Preaching and Preachers with Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. This was the first course we offered back in 2003. It is rich and refreshing source of insight for all who desire to faithfully proclaim God's Word. A 16-week course beginning February 4, 2013.

Study Evangelism and the Excellencies of God with Pastor Jim Odens and Evangelist R.F. Gates. The glory of God is the motivation, the purpose and the goal for truly biblical evangelism. This course outlines an approach to evangelism based on that truth, providing biblical principles and practical advice for greater effectiveness in fulfilling our Lord's commission. A 10-week course beginning March 18, 2013.

Reflections on Sin and Evil

The massacre of small school children last week in Newtown, Connecticut has sadly reminded me of other spectacular outbreaks of sin that our local community and nation has witnessed over the years. As a pastor I have tried to help the people I serve to think biblically about such events and to find the comfort and encouragement that comes from the gospel of a crucified, risen Savior. This week I will repost three of those articles here in hopes that they might be useful as we reflect on this most recent display of depravity.
