 "Celebrating the Richness of Our Diversity"

The presentation will begin at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served immediately following  the Forest Preserve Board meeting

 Guest speaker Nile Gossett will focus on the  evolution and different dimensions of diversity. He  will also share methods on how we can make an  impact in our co mmunity.

 

 For more than a decade, Gossett has provided  training and consulting for businesses,  employees, volunteers, students and others. He  currently is a Training and Development  Consultant for Best Practices Training of Oak  Park where he specializes in designing, developing, and facilitating diversity education, workplace communication, team-building, and more.

 

Nile is trained and certified in Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Diversity Education, Conflict Resolution, and other training programs. Nile has worked on a variety of diversity training programs for a wide range of organizations, such as Lincoln Park Zoo, Baird & Warner Real Estate, and the Village of Oak Park.
