First we would like to thank you for your membership in the oldest private club in the Lehigh Valley.
  • With the everyday rigors of life, taking time to plan, relax and reflect is an important ingredient to maintain our mental and physical health. Your home is your sanctuary and many of our members have taken to calling The Pomfret Club home.
IMPORTANT DATES

Tuesday April 14th
Club Election & Annual Meeting
You can vote for President, Vice President, and four board Members at Large anytime during the day at the club office with the annual club meeting  at 7PM. A complimentary beverage and treats from our kitchen will be served prior to the meeting. Thank you to Howard Gordon, Nominating Committee Chairman, Jeff Finegan, Ronald Matan, Steve Sawyer, and Melinda Watson-Moll for interviewing the prospective board members.


Saturday April 18th
President's Night
An old club tradition returns this year to celebrate spring and the new members of the board of directors. Our 130th year will be kicked off at 6PM with entertainment by David Leonhardt, an internationally acclaimed jazz musician. A station concept buffet will also be available.

Arts at the Pomfret Club
Our newest art show begins entitled 'SPRING'. Local art is displayed in the Library Gallery and McAbee Room ... some great artists including Val Bertoia, Rachel Hogan, Jamie Daub, Tom Kosa, Michelle Neifert, Amaya Espinosa, Charles Vail ( a new member, by the way) and many more are included ....  It will be another great art and new member opportunity, but we want to make sure of our club members support .... the show is presented by our friends and members Ron Susser and Jon Clark owners of RE:Find.

KEY CONVERSATIONS
The future of our club was a major discussion item this last year. Many of the individuals who choose not to help us rebuild the club have resigned. As with any organization their are two sides to every issue but a silent majority is growing at the PC. This group of forward thinking individuals see a bright new future with many possibilities. We do hope you all will join that group.
OUR PROGRESS
In the first quarter of 2015 we have had over 20 new members join us and our membership committee has a goal of 100 additions for the year. Please consider asking a friend, child, or business associate to take a look at the value of membership at THE POMFRET CLUB

FORMING SOON
The Golf Association of Philadelphia will consider the addition of The POMFRET CLUB as a golf society. With 10 individual members joining we will be offered the opportunity to play on member days at the highest rated private clubs in the Philadelphia area and the United States.
