EDUCATION
Assisting our youth with homework and providing other education opportunities is just a small piece of what our EDUCATION partners do - they also provide a safe place to go after school and positive adult role models/mentors. Additionally, working on parenting skills and knowledge helps provide a safer environment for our community's children.
At United Way of Laramie County we believe in accountability to our donors and our community. One of the ways we are accountable is through the outcomes (or results) of the programs we support. Here are just a few of the 2013 education program outcomes:

At United Way of Laramie County we not only work with existing organizations to make our community stronger but we also look for additional ways to solve the most pressing issues, eliminate duplication of services, and streamline the work already being done. Wyoming 2-1-1 was born from this forward thinking philosophy!
