Deloitte Impact day is a huge success!
What do you get when you put together 7623 students, nearly 400 volunteers, 18 schools and 4 cities in 1 day?A Huge Impact !

On 29th November 2013, over 7600 students participated in JA programs in 4 cities as part of Deloitte's Impact day activities. JA Work and Interest (WIN), JA Mini Factory Model (MFM) and JA Careers with a Purpose (JACWAP) programs were conducted across 17 schools across Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad and Mumbai with the help of around 380 volunteers.
In Delhi, Deloitte also organised an Educators meet where principals and company heads interacted with each other and exchanged ideas and experiences. It was a very fruitful and enjoyable day, made more memorable by the smiles and enthusiasm of all those who participated.
A big thank you to all our volunteers from Deloitte for making this a truly impactful day!

What students said about Impact Day
"Right after we completed writing our exam, we were in no mood to listen to a lecture by anyone. but it turned out to be just the opposite. We had a lot of fun. the program was not at all like our expectation of a boring educational expedition. It was learning with fun"

"We watched a video on how animated movies were made. I was shocked after seeing that it took 4 years to make one of them. Then we had an activity of making a flow chart. we all enjoyed. We thank the Deloitte people who made us play and introduced us to things we never knew"
