Junior Achievement India is a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide™ (JA), the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students about work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, through experiential, hands-on programs. Today, JA programs are run by 402,815 volunteers and 312,954 educators working with 10.1 million students in 121 countries and JA's alumni exceed 100 million young people worldwide in more than 50 global programs
Since its beginning in 2006, JA India has been growing stronger each day and is already present in more than 250 institutions reaching out to more than 250,000 students in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chandigarh and neighbouring regions. In partnership with businesses and educators, JA brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential and providing a proven bridge between education and business. Through age-appropriate curricula, JA programs teach students how they can impact the world around them as individuals, workers and consumers.
