Email Etiquette 
It's always good to get a refresher on email etiquette. Many of us in our busy day, respond too quickly and create embarrassing situations.

I once received a letter from a prospective corporate client who did not realize that a competitor's proposal and fees was at the bottom of their email! Oops! 

Or have you ever intended to comment to a colleague about a matter and mistakenly hit "reply all"? Ouch!

Common Mistakes That Detract from Your Image
There are some common errors that many educated people make that undermine their professional image. Many of us learned these in our schooling, but perhaps weren't paying attention or forgot about it. Check out some of these confusing words that can make you sound less intelligent. Unfair as it might be, we make an impression by the way we speak!
