Do you Say "Uh" or "Um" or Any Other Filler? 

Why do we say them and how can we eliminate those annoying fillers? Check out our latest blog.

I came across an interesting article about the use of the word fillers "uh" vs. "um." According to Mark Liberman, a linguist at the University of Pennsylvania, men use "uh" more than women and younger people and females use "um" more than males do. Here is the article
