I look forward to seeing some of you at the CHRA Conference in April. I will again have a booth, so please stop by to say hello.

What Makes a Great Leader in the 21st Century?

Rosalinde Torres spoke at the TED conference and she stated that 58% of companies reported talent gaps for leadership positions. With efforts and investment placed on leadership development, why does this gap exist?

She poses three simple questions companies and individuals need to ask to improve their leadership potential:
  1. Where are you looking to anticipate change?
  2. What is the diversity measure of your network?
  3. Are you courageous enough to abandon the past?
