Lynda Katz Wilner, M.S., CCC-SLP is a corporate communication trainer and 
a Speech and Language Pathologist.

Several months ago, I posted a blog about the misquoted data from Dr. Albert Mehrabian regarding the Visual, Vocal, and Verbal messages. This blog prompted many comments. Read it again
  
I found an entertaining video regarding this same topic. Please remember, words are more important than 7% of the message! However, regardless of the percentages, our non-verbal communication (body language, facial expression, tone of voice) still have a tremendous impact on the delivery!.
  
Keep those "V's" in alignment!   They should all be consistent to convey and powerful message.

What words can you use to sound more intelligent? Just be careful to use them appropriately and with the right audience. If they don't understand you, it is not worth it!
