MESSAGE FROM MATT BIRK
The super bowl means a lot of different things to different people.  It's an unofficial holiday that is equated with hype, hoopla, commercials, food, parties- and oh yeah, football.  While it's become much more than just a game, football is the reason hundreds of millions of people around the world will gather the first Sunday in February.  While it can get lost in the 12 hour pre game show, super bowl Sunday is THE epitome of what football does like nothing else - it brings people together.  In today's busy, digital world, when is that a bad thing?

I am ecstatic to see the game and the coronation of a deserving champion.  But at some point I will sit back during the super bowl and recognize that our game is so much more than what happens on the field.  The super bowl is really a celebration of the values of football and what it means and does in our lives.  That's reason to celebrate.  A few years from now, we might not readily remember who wins, but chances are we will remember who we were with.

As we are coming off the tails of a successful National Championship, it is time to regroup for our Annual 2016 Leadership Meeting February 12th-14th in Las Vegas while our thoughts our fresh and our energy is high!
