FACILITIES PROGRESS REPORTS

Students, teachers 'test drive' furniture options
Over the past several weeks, the Student Furniture Task Force (SFTF) has been working on drafting criteria and discussing appropriate furniture to meet varied student learning needs. The goal of the SFTF is to develop standards for the selection of new student furniture for renovated classrooms and new extended learning spaces at all levels - early education through high school. The task force has worked in two teams - one focused on the needs of early education and elementary learners, the other on middle and high school students.

View progress updates on all teams on the district Construction Updates page. See meeting materials for the different planning teams as well as draft diagrams and plans to date for all facilities projects on the Planning/Design pages.
